PETERE
MINER - Co-Founder

Petere Miner is an international logistics and supply chain innovation
catalyst. Throughout her
career, Petere inspired new programs to dramatically improve the supply
chain and logistics with the goal of achieving peak performance while
lowering costs within and across companies.
She has over 20 years of operational experience at
Hewlett-Packard and start-ups.
Petere provided charismatic leadership in the many projects she's
launched from organization re-designs, to B2B development, development
of new services, and process re-engineering.
At the Supply Chain services company Converge, she initiated a
new way of thinking about logistics through an innovative blending of
logistics leaders across 15 competing and collaborating companies.
At HP she was charged with finding radical improvements in global
transportation capabilities across the company.
She spearheaded break-through projects such as leveraging vendor
freight, supply chain visibility, freight forecasting, sales planning
and execution, and benchmarking.
She’s held a wide range of responsibilities over her career
including Manufacturing Engineer, Consultant, Sales Manager, Production,
Manufacturing and Distribution Manager, Director, and President.
Petere has spoken on Logistics Innovation to numerous audiences across
the world at conferences such as Enterprise Risk Management,
Organization of Women in International Trade, Logicon, and The Logistics
Institute. She was also
spotlighted talking about FutureFreightTM in several trade magazines
including American Shipper, CNS, and Cargo Facts.
Petere, along with Co-Founder of FutureFreight
Pierre Laurent are co-authors of several patents on freight risk
optimization.
Petere has a BSEE from the University of Illinois and is a graduate of
the Boston University Leadership Institute.
